Recent J. Berkland prediction

This was a recent prediction by Jim Berkland:
============================================
PREDICTIONS FOR DECEMBER:
The Seismic Window of December 10-17, 2000 should be memorable, with the full Moon on December 11 and Perigee just 37 hours later. The Maximum Golden Gate tides of 8.5 feet on December 12 will be the highest since January 20th. The winter solstice arrives on December 21st just 4 days after the close of the Window.
Based upon these factors, I predict, with 80% confidence for December 10-17, 2000:
3.5-6.0M quake within 2 degrees (140 miles) of San Francisco;
3.5-6.0M quake within 140 miles of Los Angeles;
3.0-6.0M quake in Washington and/or Oregon;
A Major (7+M) somewhere, probably in the Pacific Ring of Fire, where 80% of such earthquakes occur.
===========================================
Follow up:
1. There was a 3.5 south of San Francisco on Dec. 14 near Fillmore so his first prediction had a hit.
2. There were none near Los Angeles so that was a miss.
3. I'm not sure about the Pacific Northwest since my source only goes down to magnitude 4.0.
4. His prediction of a 7.0 somewhere, probably in the Pacific Ring of Fire was a miss. There hasn't been a 7.0 or larger anywhere in the world since the 7.5 just east of the Caspian Sea on December 6.
