Really? I can't find it. The link for sci.geo.earthquakes is,

http://groups.google.com/group/sci.geo.earthquakes?hl=en

If GoogleGroups has the new group, the link should be,

http://groups.google.com/group/alt.earthquake.predictions?hl=en

But that returns an error.

If you search for messages for AEP using the advance search options, it does return a few pages (3 right now), but that is only because those messages were crossposted to other groups that Google does carry. As of right now, I have 25 messages in the newsgroup via my news server.

BTW, congrats on getting Opera to work for GoogleGroups. I recently sent you an email trying to help (belatedly). I really think the problem is simply that you have such an old computer. 98SE was a good OS, but I think it's just too old for todays needs.
