I'd be happy just knowing how/why it's happening. Here lately, no problem but tomorrow...who knows.

I also have a strange situation with Family Tree Maker. Sometimes it works and then sometimes it fails with a "ole2nls.dll file missing" error which isn't true; the file IS present. Rebooting usually fixes it

maybe I need a new computer. It's sorta embarrasing to realize Dell's minimal $299 system is 3 times faster than mine.
