I doubt seriously you have the ability to write a book and get it published by a traditional publisher. So, may I suggest that you learn the difference between who writes a foreword and who writes the book. It's saddens me that you have taken so much time to try and discredit what I've done.
I do not believe you have a clue to the work involved in researching, writing and promoting a book. If you did understand the entire process maybe you would lighten up and show some appreciation for my efforts.
