FYI: I did not write the foreword (forward is an incorrect spelling for this term). I was also told that I could not change any of the text by the author, who by the way is doing quite well with his books and research. Thus, may I suggest that you contact him rather than talk behind my back? I find this a bit tacky. Also, when you cite "Cal says" may I suggest you read the text before you snipe? Do check the author behind the foreword.
