That was back when Dr Jarvis' book came out. I was station analyst at Blue Mountain Observatory at the time and due to rotate back to DC which involved a cross country drive with 2 fairly young children and my wife. By taking the honey-vinegar mixture in water I managed to make the trip without killing anyone!

It has a calming effect on me but I really don't like the taste of vinegar.
