There's more to predicting quakes than numbers, there's reactions to think about. A three already satisfies the forecast but not the forecaster. I try to post a range of one magnitude with the center of range as the suspect magnitude. Yes, that prediction is a bit loose, I'll put a low cap at 3.7. Time will tell. Thanks...mb
