Right now I would say Anza is being Anza. I am not sure if the 4.3 has anything to do with the swarm. It is quite normal for that section of the San Jacinto to do this. If nothing bigger comes along, look for the micros to fan out across the Elsinore to the southwest. The other interesting area is that small batch of quakes north east of Salton Sea. That area has been hitting off and on lately. Real close to the Coachella segment.
