If a precursor observed for a quake formation, normally it will occur within the time frame
fixed, say around 280 hours i.e. 11 days window. If there is no development in the precursor
registered, the quake will be occurred within the time frame fixed. Suppose, in the
coming days subsequent to the precursor registered, if further precursor develops, it delays
the process and the quake will be occurred in the NEXT 280 hours from the date of subsequent
precursor. In this particular case I have registered first such precursor on 10th June 06 and
(Refer: http://www.earthwaves.org/wwwboard/messages/38208.html) and subsequent precursor
registered on 19th June 06 (Refer: http://www.earthwaves.org/wwwboard/messages/38517.html)
I have noticed the magnitude was diminished, hence the time frame automatically refixed from
10th to 19th June PLUS 280 Hrs, says 11 days. It occurred on 23rd June, hence it was well with
in the time frame.

The same subsequent triggering was the reason for the delayed Arabian Sea quake.

Also my recent GANSU China prediction (issued on 7th and 20th June it was occurred) which was available in my website. Interestingly, 9.3M quake over Sumatra stress release pattern
was started from 15th Dec. 04 onwards.

Here, I would like to point out one thing that quake prediction is possible only if we follow
the precursor and understand thoroughly also decode properly whatever be the method we adopts.
