FWIW-EQ Coverage CEA

Got mine through State Farm-CEA, and it is a renters tacked onto a renters fire policy.
Old house (1939).
$265/yr
100K Personal prop, 15k loss of use, $750 deductible on property only.
Excluded losses:
Fire damage, water damage (damage caused due to eq broken pipes covered),theft vandalism, power failure, nuclear reaction (?).
Only time the surcharge kicks in is if the fund becomes insolvent, and that's 20% of policy premium.
Check with your agent for the CEA details, but a little bit of something is a lot better than a whole lotta nothing.
