I have a hunch that living on the top floor is safer....Having seen what happened to the quasi dorms in Northridge and also having heard that the governor of Idaho was on the top floor of a hotel in Taiwans last big one and survived!Makes me think....If ya' have to be in anything over 2-3 stories then go for the top floor...Of course I play Keno too so.....
