Kathy reported a headache beginning at 9AM this morning and it was still going at 1:30PM today. This is Part One of Two. I'll post when the headache ends, but will go ahead with the prediction allowing a few extra days for the window.

Date: Between 10/8/00 3AM UTC to 10/18/00 3AM UTC
Place: Within 70 miles of Los Angeles Civic Center
Magnitude: >3.0

Her earthquakes usually arrive within three days after the end of her headache and in time, I'll shorten the window to reflect that, when I've had some time to work through the first few.

I know statistically a 3.0 arrives fairly often in Southern CA, however, I'm not so sure they are within 70 miles of the Civic Center.
