This is not a new issue. Plagerism is fatal to a professor, no matter what forum they may be in. I will e-mail at some point soon about this. My observations on the San Jacinto fault date back many years. Just a "rock hound".
Still am. I do follow Franks work, but I make conjectural predictions based on my own analysis. The western Salton Trough is of interest now. Long shot for sure. Predicting, as contro as that may be, is a part of the study I am doing. Hope people can keep that in context. Just a study. Interesting though..
