9/56 Cycle And Earthquakes

Hi All. While looking for some data about the 1812 Wrightwood quake I came across this article about 9/56 cycle quakes by David McMinn. Not sure that I understand it, but found it interesting. Hopeful someone here will understand it and can explain it in layman terms.

The second link is about finance, but makes reference to the 56 cycle so the author may be the same. Take Care…Don in creepy town
