I think this may be only the second or possibly third time in seven years I've been compelled to complain, but our member Russell I believe has shattered Roberts Rules of Conduct this evening.

Please read his post 36979 and my response. I'll leave it to your Ladyship to determine if he is violation and whether or not you wish to warn him or ban him.
