I thought one would look at the past six months to a year of quake activity to determine if there was an influence on San Diego, not the past few weeks. I agree there hasn't been much activity of late, but there certainly was six months to a year ago. Considerably more. I guess you'd need a catalog of 4.0 or greater quakes to look at to get a better idea. I'll get one for you.
