This is the kind of stuff that just gets under my skin... a 10 day window for magnitude 6-7 in some of the most seismicly active areas of the world...

The India location is least likely, then KYRGYZSTAN-XINJIANG.. but the others are all pretty frequent quake areas.. we get an annual average of 17 magnitude 7's and 134 magnitude 6's..

So.. I don't have Roger's formula at my fingertips.. but I think it's a 6 every 2 3/4 days? and a 7 or better every 20 days..
