Hi Petra. My, that was a glowing description of me. I don’t know if I can live up to it. I’m not sure that I want to as it means more work for me. Speaking of work I have got to find that list. Of course you can write another one, but you may leave something out. Then again you could also thing of something else for me to do and add it on. I think I’ll just leave things well enough alone.

All teasing aside Pat. You needed some help and I was available so why not? You have been kind enough to show me some of the areas that I wanted to look at so it was the very least I could do.

I’m starting to think the same way you are. You are sitting on a time bomb and it’s just a matter of time when it will go off. I really think the Bolinas, Rohnert Park, and now the Napa quake is an indication that there is a lot of strain building in the area north of the Bay Area. My thinking (and there is no proof of this) is that these quakes are the weak links and as such they will break first. When all of the weak links have been broken and there is an extended period of quiet then that will be the first indication that a large quake is on the way. The problem with this is that we have no way of knowing how long this will last. How long will we have a quiet period? Will there be a quiet period? How many more weak links are there? There are a whole lot of questions and not many answers.

Whenever you’re ready to finish that list you have let me know and I will be up to help. Take Care…Don in creepy town.
