Still waaaaay short by zillions of my predicted 6+, but located well within my predicted area, being only 44mi/71km from my predicted epicenter, and well within my time frame, before May 1st. Now if we can just get that last pesky magnitude paramter :-) ============================================================================ Magnitude: 6+ From: 02/23/2006 00:01 PST - To: 05/01/2006 23:59PST Location: Boron, CA Lat: 35.00 - Long: -117.75 - Range: 200 km Looks like a big ole Krispy Kreme donut to me, glazed, with the center in the neighborhood of Boron, CA. At least one of the EQs in the center of the donut on the current SoCal map is a Quarry Explosion, the other is of unknown origin at a 3km depth, and slightly outside the Quarry at Boron. But, they don't matter. I'm guessing an EQ on the Garlock, or Lockhart/Helendale faults.
