Happy Birthday, Chris. Keeping in mind that growing old is no more than a bad habit which a busy man (or woman) has no time to form. My son, who is only 9 years behind you at 41, subscribes to this philosophy also -- always busy at work and busy at play. He ran the Los Angeles marathon this morning in a respectable 4 hours and 6 minutes -- and that was with a bad knee.

So keep playing hockey and always stay busy. After all, how old would you be if you didn't know how old you were?
