Yes, it would be interesting if what's going on there were related to quake activity, the only problem is that it could mean the earth may decide to jump up a little bit more than ususal. I hope not. There's enough suffering the world presently without adding more.

I'd love to see your bubblers. We don't have anything like that around here. I'm so glad spring is near; I've got the worst case of cabin fever. We've had almost non-stop rain day in and day out for months. It never rained this much when I lived in Seattle.

Tony, you know your area better than I do. Why not locate your nearest State College facility that has a geology program and send an e-mail to the professors. Usually one or more of them likes the field experience and maybe you can get someone to go up there with you. If nothing else, you'll get a geology lesson some would be very appreciative of having. Been there, done that, really enjoyed it.
