I haven't heard of this one, but my company has a disaster plan and we just went through the paces again last week. We all have an out of state contact and depending on where it happens we all have the ability to work remotely, so our clients will be taken care of no matter what happens. This has been in place for a long time and even if anyone has a change of phone numbers, the list gets updated immediately so there's no chance of losing contact.

They are #1 for a reason....
