I don't know if you have the Grocery Outlet stores in your area; but they are a gold mine when trying to acquire foreign wines at bargain basement prices and other alcoholic beverages. Today wineries from all over the world are selling off their last lots of bottled wines at wholesale prices, making what might have been difficult to acquire right down the street. You haven't lived until you've had a Syrah from Australia or a fine white from South Africa. While Napa and Sonoma wines are also available it is much more fun to try something new from far away.
