That is incorrect. The machine has no memory. Each pull has exactly the same chance of hitting the jackpot as does every other pull. The jackpot may grow larger over time, but that effects the odds, not the chances. Just another of those gambler's fallacies which the casinos rely on to earn their steady profits.
