I left out the tides in my Amazon review for the same reason.

My complaint: You follow my documentation that tides have nowhere near the influence claimed by Jim with his claim "He can't have it both ways" on the middle of page 24 to conclude that section.

You print it as his statement, but as a biographer, I sense an obligation to either omit false statements or comment on them.

You didn't fail to clarify a complicated issue, rather, you present his obvious error as a fact.
