I just saw the quake. We were in a resturant at the time and didn't feel it. I am worried because it fits along the lines of the previous quakes during the past month around the Oak Ridge fault. Of course, no one can find flashlights in this house and they all think that I'm nuts to even consider it. Hope that if it is a foreshock, it waits a day or so. Stay safe.
