Hi all;

I've written a program which gives an outline map of any desired area, plots all the quakes of a given mag range, plots a circle of given size at a given location and computes the probability of a quake falling within the circle.

The dataset is the entire NEIC database from 1973 thru 2005, 4.0 and up.

This thing is BIG and would have to be distributed on a CD.

It strikes me it might have commercial value.
