I've always enjoyed reading your posts...and this Lake Tahoe-related one as well. Yes, I know about the potential of a "tsunami" here at Lake Tahoe. However, the geologists I've interviewed said it would be most likely a seiche (which could last for hours and hours). Now Berkland doesn't think the water would reach my cabin (a couple of blocks away from the Lake). But I've been told that lakeshore property could be devasated. So there you go. Funny, I moved up here to get away from the SAF and Hayward fault only to be greeted by more faults.
