Hi Bob,

I had one dozy of a right ear ring today, very, very long.

We are having the strangest summer. The paper today said we are averaging ten degrees below normal for the last two months. Yet about a month ago we had record highs for 3 days. For the first time in my life I saw that the Sun had burned all of the pine trees along the highway and in my yard on the western side. They are all orange. I'm just removing my ivy now that was burned because all of the leaves are falling off.

The last time we had this kind of strange weather in the low's was due to Mt. Pinatubo and that was I think a year after the eruption. I was just wondering if anyone can recall one or more volcano's going off last year that might account for the low temps this year? If anyone care to comment, is the weather normal in So Calif? How about up your way Bob?

Petra
