How many 7.5 to 8.5 mag quakes occur between these huge subduction zone ruptures? These size quakes will play hell with Seattle or Olympia. The probability is greater for these size quakes to create a great deal of damage also. If the big one hits, oh well. I would be prepared for the lessor quakes because they are more likely over time. Hope that makes sense.
