It's Friday, and it feels like an oddly humorous day. In the spirit of the occasion, I thought I'd chime in!

Usually it seems like it's usually Southern California that hits during a quarter moon. Perhaps because of the extreme tides we have been getting lately in the Bay Area that have created larger than usual diurnal tides. I notice that Alaska & South America has been pretty active too as of late.

You know in the interest of just asking, RE: Prediction scoring.

( For Roger )
If you predict a window for a M7.0+ to hit and two hit, How would you count that?

( For Don )
Same question with a twist. If you have a specific location and a specific magnitude and a specific time period and two EQ of the same mag. hit, How would you count that?

( For Petra )
What ever happened to the 'ribbon candy'??

Here's a link to a story about the latest with three sister's but I warn you it's not what you think it is. Happy Friday!
