Canie has two "theories" that almost always play out. Whenever there is strife on the board, she noticed it was followed by a moderate to large earthquake in Chile.

Similarly, she noticed that when Baja had a moderate quake, it was shortly followed by a quake of about the same intensity in S. Cal.

So as Don would say, I am puttiing my feet up... oops. I can't do that in a dress. Well, you get the point.
