Petra, you're so right. Mudslides and other problems related to earth changes can happen days, weeks, and months after the storms. Since it has begun to snow my little brother thinks everything is fine here at Tahoe. But currently, there are still flood warnings for many areas in NoCA and counties including El Dorado County, where I live. But other folks think it's all just fine. No more problems. Not so. Plus, winter has just begun.
