Hi Canie. Some of the material is from Ross Stein, but not sure which. It is from notes that I had taken from various web sites, but I don’t remember which ones. I had them saved in my “documents” as paragraphs and bits and pieces shortly after the quake occurred. I just collected them and put them together in a post. Take Care…Don in creepy town
