Actually we learned lessons only after an incident such as recent 9.3M and subsequent big
swarm over Andaman Island region for many months. Still it is a mystery for experts who do
not know why these type of quakes was generated since they cannot referred back for such
incident in the past history.

I cannot say sudden downward movement of Sumatra fault in the near future may trigger a
great one at the same time I am unable to refuse it.

What we learned lessons only after taught by nature. I would like to quote your words:
