it is a notice of a false event, I contacted a my friend living in that side and he did not know anything about this imaginative large event.
Also the ING does not give any information about it, against, the ING does knowing about a 4.1 occurred in zone "Monti Tiburtini" near Rome, also the TV-News spoke of this event with reportage and strangely the EMSC list does not report it.
This one could be a precious notice for my studies, because to #36 I was waiting an Eq of 4.2 just in zone "Monti Tiburtini" also if the window was 11-21 June.
However the notice of this EQ of 4.1 is on page 419 of Televideo RAI, a public service.
I don't think, as said Bob, it can be a false "for someone", it could be scanty and without a reason to be. Surely it has been a damaged instrument to provoke the error.
