Things in my head are quiet except when I hear ear tones and that's not even every day. It may only happen once or twice a week, or on some days several times in one day. But I do hear them when I'm in other places where there are earthquake faults. It isn't limited to the area where I reside. But I understand what you mean. Does anyone want to send me to Deadwood, South Dakota for a week, fully paid? I'll go. I need $5,000 or I'll spend all of my money on the first day. LOL
