No, I grill the onions while he tastes the latest concoction of beer I can find. I was really disappointed when I couldn't sway my girlfriend to give up that bottle of Moose Drool Beer. I had thoughts that with that, almost anything would be possible. I think if he had that one he could have caught that Parkfield earthquake that was coming up and put it into one of these 3 jars and we would have had something no one ever expected. I had thoughts it might be green in color, maybe luminescent. Wouldn't that be cool? EQ's in luminescent green. They would be hard to miss, for sure.

My friend Pierre who's a retired geologist up there in Yellow Knife told me once he saw pink luminescent earthquake lights up on his ridge. But when he went up there to investigate they were gone. But he said the pink glow on the white snow was utterly amazing. He wished I had been there with him to see it. I'm not sure. He's a big burly guy, kind of rough around the edges, but he does have beautiful blue eyes.
