Roger, You mean like the moon, which creates a warp in space time that has a measurable effect on the lithospheric conditions of earth? Lunar orbitals are very rapid compared to the time line of other solar system objects. My guess is that the difference would not be measurable by Shans method. I would have to do some serious trig to confirm that. He's not seeing lunar earth tide.
