Well, ask him about the terms of setting up your own station, then, if he is stil soliciting people to duplicate shadow-tracing in other parts of the world. I was not making that up. It was on his site.

Sorry, but soliciting people to duplicate your work, while refusing to state what your method is -- well, I don't take it seriously.

All Shan would have to do is select some of his more successful predictions, show a photo or two of the tracings, and providing detailed examples of how the parameters were derived from the tracings.
