Glen..if the time of the post is Pacific time, you almost got your quake within 2 1/2 hours...the M4 is about 330 km due north..I assume you are just trying to make a point about big area windows? You were within about 15 km on longitude.
The M4 Mono Lake quake is strike-slip....if the NW-SE nodal plane, it is right-lateral.
