Hi Byron. Welcome. The zone your referring to is the “Eastern California Shear Zone” otherwise known as ECSZ.

The area towards Mt. Shasta is thought to be where the “Walker Lane Belt” is headed although there are some who think it is headed towards the Medicine Lake Volcano area. Both can’t be right, but both can be wrong.

Some of the beers Petra gets me are really something else. Not sure if she is trying to tell me something or what. For instance one beer was called “Double Bastard.” Another was called “Flat Tire”.
