Just go through the link and found that Mr.Arun Bapat made that statment in a Seminar.
I also eager to know on what device is going to predict the earthquake in advance and
that too common man may do as referred by him.

I came to knew Mr.Arun Bapat when local dailies published about his work as a seismologist.
Now he is working in the Disaster Management Council in the State of Gujarat. He many
times contacted over e-mail and appreciated my work, particularly many Delhi area quakes and
8.3M in Sumatra during March 2005.

I do remember that he made a statement that 8+M it did not occur in the same region where
9.3M was just occured and the same was detailed in my board message
