The prediction I made for the MTJ area was at 40.500 and -124.500. Some of those echo quakes, if that is what we want to call them, are very near the edge of the 200 Km circle I set for the cluster. Is there a way to look at the lat-lons of the other quakes and determine precisely how far they are from the center point? The map on the USGS site is not acurate enough to really tell. Those quakes in Yreka and Willits look awfully close.
