Yes. During electrical storms I'll hold back on any predictions as these indicators are affected by them.

Other times its been due to multiple events and swarms where the combined signal from all of these smaller quakes causes me to think that we'll have a larger one. This does happen from time to time but not that often.

Never went to the "Newhall Courts" so I can't say anything about them. The one time that I had jury duty while living in my current location I was the first one they kicked out because my next door neighbor is an LAPD officer who works together with the officers who were involved with the charge. But that was at the San Fernando court house. Oh well.
