Hey Cathryn - that brings up an adobe pdf file.. You should have some buttons on the adobe reader in your browser to first adjust to what page size - look for 3 icons that look like a piece of paper with the top right corner bent down - try clicking on one of these until you get a larger version.

Or, you should see another icon of a magnifying glass.. click on the magnifying glass to select it, then click on the document - it will get bigger.
