Canie is welcome to correct this if necessary, but did you change your browser's cache settings recently? Browsers and their versions differ, but Mac browsers I've used show cache settings in 'Preferences' under the 'Edit' menu. If an option is selected to clear the cache daily or after each use, as mine is, your browser will reload screens as new instead of just updating them.
