Topic has already been discussed...and probably has been in the past...here...as it was multiples time on the other board...

Problem seems to be that when you start to actually move forward - suddenly people lose interest..."nuances" in the form of "nobody would want to participate" or "doesn't allow for yada yada..." oftentimes from the very same people raising the accountability issue...

All the criteria you mentioned was covered in the above thread and previous...as well as other boards...

All it takes is some PHP forms and dump pages with API calls to MySQL running on a Linux box...which I have plenty of and equipment to build more...
