Sounds like it was Ara's request to have all his posts removed? I agree that this would not be a reasonable request. I did not think Ara had crossed the line yet to be removed, but was maybe headed that way. While it seems that Ara supplied some science to this board, I was maybe a a little short with him (I assume it is a "him?") because I was looking for John V's email address by Googling "John Vidale" a couple months ago and #2 or #3 on the list was a post by Ara on the other board (Berklund's) attacking John's honesty/crediblity/character. That probably does not hurt John any, but if I did not know who John was, and had not seen Ara's posts on Earthwaves, it would raise some questions. That is part of why I don't use my full name...A lot of people who might review, for example, my proposals, might not know who I am...and I don't want a search on my name to show up something, out of context, that would hurt my credibility...
