I know very well the rules of Prof Varotsos, I have got a copy of the verbal of the congress. I wish to know the rules that the scientific community requires for confirming any prediction either scientific or like people of science wishes to call a different other.
The scientific rules have to be my rules, so if they will be generous or greedy,they will be such for both of us. Today and tomorrow.
